Head of the Children, Youth & Family Department (m/f/d)

Technical, personnel and organisational management of the area of children, youth, family, including daycare centres, youth centre and early-funding centre Ensuring and developing high-quality educational work Accompanying and coaching the executives within the area, promoting team development and personnel development Responsibility for the planning, organisation and implementation of projects and offers in the field of children and youth Coordination and control of cooperation with parents, relatives, cooperation partners and specialist authorities Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, guidelines and quality standards Responsibility for budget planning, resource management and reporting within the area

Complete study of social education, pedagogy, social work or comparable qualification Multiannual management experience in daycare centres, youth centres or comparable institutions Funded knowledge in the field of child and youth assistance, early funding and inclusive pedagogy Experience in personnel management, coaching and team development Embossed communication and organisational skills Ability to constructive cooperation with different stakeholders High self-initiative, sense of responsibility and flexibility
