Project Management / Accounting Manager m/w/d

Ensuring the correct and complete debitor accounting of all services to our customers including receivable management Compilation of annual planning and regular monthly and annual accounts as well as preparation of forecasts for the performance packages to be supervised Purchasing property-related services and materials such as annual maintenance for building management services Creation of offers, initial invoices, processing/examination of invoices, receivable management Project control and associated cost monitoring

Commercial training e.g. as an industrial businessman or studies in the field of business management / technical facility management At least 3 years of professional experience Ideal would be an affinity and experience for project work and good accounting knowledge Advantages are good knowledge of SAP and MS Office Cost-conscious thinking and action as well as solution-oriented work Careful and responsible operation and high service orientation
