Creation and testing of input and output accounts Processing of input and output mail master data various administrative activities/phones settlement of correspondence and communication with authorities and utilities Examination and monitoring of payment transactions Accounting Cost monitoring of current construction projects Collection of building costs in Excel tables for submission to authorities

Completed commercial training (priority: experience in a tax consultancy law firm, law firm, a notary) Reliability and structured, flexible and independent operation Load capacity Detailed accuracy as well as independent thinking and acting Embossed team skills Understanding figures MS Office (Word, Excel)
