You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of around 140 employees, strengthen the associated team leadership and promote an appreciation of cooperation. You develop the housing and assistance offerings and thus promote sustainable participation, self-determination and self-determination of people with assistance needs. You are responsible for the personalised participation planning and ensure the implementation of legal requirements. Together with the employees and team management, you design structures and processes in a solution-oriented manner and ensure the professional and qualitative development of the area. You assume responsibility for budget and resources as well as conflict and crisis management.

You have a completed study of social work, pedagogy or a related area, as well as multi-year leadership experience, ideally in integration aid. You lead transparent, valuable and participative. You combine strategic thinking with empathy and pronounced management skills. You are a strong personality and understand how to combine economic and educational aspects in a synergetic way. You convince through communication strength and organisational skills and create clear structures and reliable framework conditions for your team.
