Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields Strong analytical and research skills; ability to interpret data and trends Strong understanding of digital transformation in real estate operations Experience in project management Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams and stakeholders
