This makes this job interesting for me: 50Hertz has been committed for a long time for the energy transition. As one of the four transmission system operators in Germany, our network forms the basis for the safe power supply of more than 18 million people in the 50-Hertz control zone. On this position, I take responsibility for an innovative construction project. Here I work closely with colleagues from system management, technology and central departments and, with my expertise, deliver a valuable contribution to our construction projects, maintain the location and improve facility management with my experience and ideas. I therefore provide outstanding availability and set standards. My tasks: I independently run new and new construction projects in administrative buildings (this is office buildings with specialized technology), I take the subproject management in the new building project and work closely with internal and external partners, tax external planning offices and coordinate the construction services on site, I work with purchasing to efficiently acquire and operate construction services and special technology in a sustainable manner, I provide quality assurance and smooth order processing, I plan budgets, monitor their compliance and process commercial operations in facility management, e.g. the audit, I develop standards and identify optimization and saving potentials – both for the project and for later operation, I maintain the location and its extensive special technology professionally and reliably.

I have a completed degree (Master or Diploma), e.g. in civil engineering or comparable, possibly also with an economic orientation (focus facility management is advantageous), I bring several years of professional experience in facility management, in particular in the project management of construction projects and/or the care of complex building technology, I know myself well with technical facilities, technical building equipment as well as high and widening, I draw on my structured and solution-oriented way of working and working efficiently under time pressure, I work quickly into new contexts and like to work independently as a fully integrated team member, I control SAP and MS Office safely, I have knowledge of German (C1) and good English (B2) in word and writing, I have a class B licence, I'm willing to take part in a call.
