Dual vocational training 2027: Machine and plant operators (m/f/d)

This is what awaits you in the two years: The entry: In our training workshop you will learn the basics of the craftsmanship – and the safety regulations that we work on.

Set up machines: Together with experienced colleagues, you will learn to set up our manufacturing machines and equipment.

You can find out how machines are put into operation and operated during the production process.

Upgrade and repair: Under the instructions, you will perform first tasks in the conversion and repair of our machines.

Step by step more responsibility: The further you come, the more independent you work – until you run your facility yourself towards the end of your training.

Seminars and trainings:In addition to training, you will participate in seminars and trainings that will provide you professionally and personally.

Your degree: After two years you complete your training with the IHK exam.

You want more?For good performance, you can follow a third training year and complete your training as a manufacturing mechanic (m/w/d). Engaged trainer team: Permanent contact persons accompany you over the entire two years and support you in business and professional school.

Remuneration by collective agreement: You will be remunerated according to the IG Metall collective agreement.
