completed training in hotel industry or a comparable qualification multi-year professional experience at the hotel reception ideally first experience as reception line, deputy reception line or front office manager pronounced hostility and joy in personal guest contact first leadership experience and joy in organizing and developing a team independent, structured and responsible operation strong organizational talent and the ability to keep an overview even in lively situations professional, friendly and well-kept appearance entrepreneurial thinking and a good understanding of operational processes safe handling of hotel software, booking portals and common office applications very good knowledge of German in word and writing good knowledge of English; other foreign languages are advantageous Teamability, reliability and discretion
