Powered by people. • You run your own district with several branches and take responsibility for approx. 80 employees • You are responsible for all personnel management, from recruiting to personnel management and development • The management of business performance indicators and the implementation of sales concepts and activities are among your daily tasks • Your goal: satisfied customers, motivated employees and very good sales figures
