You accompany the onboarding of new colleagues and make sure You feel quickly and well integrated. You analyze key figures, plan and tax the daily business independently. In everyday operational life, you are the competent contact person for our sales partners – by telephone and in writing – in specialist matters relating to commercial property insurance. You take projects and special tasks to deepen your knowledge and introduce new ideas.

A completed commercial training in insurance and finance, a degree as an insurance specialist (m/w/d) or comparable professional experience. First experience in professional or disciplinary leadership is desirable – your commitment and willingness to take responsibility count for us. Openness, curiosity and initiative to go new ways together with your team. Safe handling of MS Office is your everyday life.
