Workingtime: Full-time You will be working closely with Board Member for People & Culture and their Business Manager with: Getting hands on with People & Culture strategy: All strategic and operational initiatives of the People & Culture function Managing Daily activities & projects: All daily ad-hoc activities and strategic topics, providing comprehensive support and ensuring effective decision-making Shaping P&C policies & programs: The development and implementation of P&C policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices Event planning: Planning and coordinating events such as P&C Townhalls, ensuring seamless execution and impactful engagement Becoming a data wiz: preparing and delivering analysis and presentations for the Executive Board, Supervisory Board, and Group, ensuring data-driven insights and actionable recommendations

What you will do & learn: Own your projects: Take ownership of specific topics and projects, driving them to successful completion while ensuring alignment with the overall P&C agenda Dive into research & trends: Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues in the P&C domain, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making Grow today, thrive tomorrow: Dive into the world of People & Culture, discover how the bank really works, boost your strengths, and get future-ready with skills that matter. Work with inspiring people: Interact and collaboration across the entire P&C function, the bank as well as UniCredit and deliver on the P&C agenda, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have a passion for People & Culture Topics, wants to flourish, is willing to learn and ideally brings the following requirements to the job: You are in the final stages of your Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business Management or similar, or have completed your studies within the last 2 years Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling presentations and perform data analysis Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English (fluent) and Germany (conversational) language mandatory Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights Strong ownership and hands-on mentality, with a high level of trustworthiness and loyalty Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to navigate and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset Interest in P&C best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements is a plus
