About the role We are looking for reinforcement in recruiting, which wins talents for Buena directly with our team. Our sheres decide how fast we grow — you sit in the middle of this process. You will write job advertisements, address candidates, first talk and build channels that bring us the right people. In your first weeks, you'll get to know Buena-Recruiting from the inside. After the first 60 days you take your own channels, own roles, own pipelines. Responsibility You take Recruiting channels. Social media, job platforms, events, sourcing tools — you build them and measure what really brings candidates. You work on the real pipeline. Sourcing, first interviews, applicant management, communication with candidates. No mere work — you take roles. You write job advertisements that work. You unravel, test and iterate. What does not perform, we change. You're putting ideas on how to get better. We don't have a finished playbook. If you have a better idea of how we achieve talents, we'll kill them.

You'll suit us if you German (C2) and good English skills. We use both daily. Working independently. We give you context and trust, not micromanagement. Structured and precise. In recruiting everything breaks as soon as someone gets sloppy — answers delay, candidates jump off, pipelines tear. You're strong in communication.
