Product Manager for Technical Logistical Support - TLB (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the economic, technical and contractual implementation of TLB contracts over the entire product and project life cycle Planning, control and monitoring of TLB projects in terms of costs, dates, quality, performance and availability Coordination of internal and external resources as well as the participating departments and suppliers Management of contract, change, follow-up, risk and claim management Creation and presentation of technical and logistical solutions and complex offers and calculations Support for sales in acquisitions, price and contract negotiations and the development of existing customer relationships Responsibility for sales, earnings and raw yield planning as well as forecasts and cost-to-compete analyses Central contact person for customers, military users, authorities and industrial partners Ensuring high customer satisfaction and professional escalation management Continuous optimization of the TLB processes and implementation of Lessons Learned

Complete university studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable subject. Multiannual experience in technical product, project or contract management, or in in-service support, ideally in the technical field Experience in supporting technical-logistic services and long-term service contracts Knowledge of TLB, ETB, ILS and Product Life Cycle Management Experience with offering calculation and business case creation, in particular taking into account the price law according to VO PR 30/53 Experience in contract, change and follow-up management Secure handling of ERP/PLM systems, ideally SAP and Jira Impressed customer and service orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking Very good communication negotiation and moderation capabilities in dealing with customers, authorities and internal stakeholders Ability to complete technical, logistical and commercial requirements Structured, analytical and self-responsible operation with a high self-initiative Safe occurrence, enforcement ability and pronounced outcome orientation

Attractive remuneration according to M+E-Tarif Bayern with a monthly fee of around 76,500 € gross plus special tariff payments. The annual target fee is more than € 94,000 gross for the full entitlement after about three years of employment.
