As a pedagogical director (m/w/d) you take over the technical support and advice of our residential group teams and outpatient assistance as well as the management and development in a total responsibility with the department management and a further educational management of around 100 employees You are responsible for the conceptual implementation and further development of the work areas of our outpatient and stationary child and youth assistance, with negotiations and professional exchange in bodies and working groups You control personnel, manage and advise employees and projects and coordinate the overall tasks of the institution You represent the institution to the outside and take over the networking and cooperation with public and private institutions

You have completed a completed (special) university degree in the field of social work, education, medical education or a comparable qualification You have an additional qualification in systemic advice, several years of professional experience in child and youth assistance and management experience You are a communication talent, have an in-depth understanding of business relationships and are safe to conduct consultations You like to think conceptually, have a partnership understanding and work in a solution- and resource-oriented manner You contribute with your activity to fulfilling our Christian-diaconian mandate
