Industrial Mechanic Lean Workshop & Equipment Construction (m/f/d)

Construction & assembly: Own-responsible construction of operating devices (regal systems, transport trolleys, devices) primarily using ITEM profile systems. Job design: implementation of ergonomic workstations to optimize the gripping paths and working heights. Lean workshop: Active implementation of 5S standards as well as the installation of floor markings and visual management systems. Conception of technical solutions: analysis of orders in cooperation with relevant stakeholders and development of solutions – from the first sketch to the successful realization. Interface work: Close coordination with the department managers and the Lean team to identify and implement efficiency potentials.

Complete training as an industrial mechanic, locksmith, mechatronic or comparable technical qualification. Experience in handling profile systems (ideally ITEM, Bosch Rexroth, etc.) as well as safe use of machine tools and power tools. Basic knowledge of Lean methods (e.g. 5S, Poka Yoke, Kaizen) with interest in continuous process improvement. Creative and pragmatic approach to finding ideas and implementing ideas Structured and self-sponsored working methods and analytical skills, assessing technical challenges and developing suitable solutions. expressed communication skills in exchange with production teams and fluent German skills; English skills are of advantage.
