Materialdisponent (m/f/d)

You plan the material requirement, set order times, determine the required quantity and organize the material procurement. You monitor the stock, care for the material master files and care for the correct batch and safety stock management, e.g. MHD. You increase the timeliness of the suppliers, warn early on with imminent delay in delivery and actively increase their willingness to deliver on time. You opt for demand and MRP control based on relevant key figures and coordinate the optimal batch use with production planning. You use the ERP system SAP to continuously improve the material disposition process and process material adjustments, missing parts and planning exceptions. You support projects for inventory optimization and reduction of throughput times as well as claim management in supply and quality problems. You control the flow of materials between purchasing, construction, production and logistics and take over the controlling and the solution of planning conflicts.

You have a technical, logistical or commercial vocational training, and you have several years of professional experience as well as specialized training. You have strong communication skills, work independently and can quickly capture and explain complex issues. You work structured and bring a good creation-logistic understanding of the process. You have very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as good English skills to communicate in international contexts. You are a real team player and are happy to tackle new challenges and develop solutions together. You have a strong ERP knowledge, ideally SAP, and you can safely use the system for procurement, planning and controlling. You use your expertise to optimize logistical processes, reduce costs and strengthen cooperation between purchasing, production and sales.
