In Oberkrämer we operate the warehouse logistics for a renowned large customer from the healthcare sector. As Quality Manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility for quality management at the site and drive forward the implementation and the continuous development of the quality management system. Take the opportunity to actively shape the long-term development of our new location and establish sustainable quality standards. The position must be occupied in part-time with 20 to 25 hours per week. Maintaining and further developing the quality management area at the site with focus on GDP/GMP compliance Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory and internal requirements Coordination and monitoring of deviation and change management and implementation of corrective and preventive measures Ensuring appropriate investigation, processing and documentation of customer complaints Coordination and supervision of internal and external audits Training on quality-related topics and ensuring regular employee training Support for training and validation processes

Complete technical or business studies or completed vocational training with a focus on quality management and/or logistics First experience in managing a quality management system according to ISO9001:2015, ideally focusing on logistics in the pharmaceutical & healthcare environment Experiences with WHO GMP/GDP/GSP, EU GDP and in control, assessment or audit situations Qualifications in areas such as QM instructor training, system auditor training desirable Analytical and independent working methods and problem-solving capability Secure knowledge of English in word and writing
