The Corporate IT (CIT) of Carl Zeiss AG is responsible for IT for all business areas of ZEISS. The diversity of the ZEISS portfolio holds an exciting complexity especially in the ERP environment. For this reason, we are looking for an experienced SAP PP Inhouse Consultant (m/w/x) for the Stream Plan-to-Produce.

As a company-internal consultant within the IT group function, you will support the development and adaptation (Customizing & Development) in the supply chain and production environment within the SAP ERP worldwide for the ZEISS Business Units.

Your job In the course of digitalization, focus will be on the overall image of business processes beyond ERP boundaries and the transformation of the SAP R/3 landscape towards SAP S/4 HANA

Here you will accompany the entire LifeCycle from ideas and implementation to training and support of solutions

You can use tools of agile and traditional project management methods in both content implementation and project management.

You form part of the technical SAP team, with system responsibility, the creative bridge to the disciplines and support the SAP key users of various international departments and manage external IT partners if necessary

Participation and specialist responsibility within global M&A and SAP rollout projects

Part of a global team with global delivery and content support

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics, economic engineering, mathematics, physics and equivalent training

Multiannual relevant professional experience in the implementation of IT projects within the SAP production and logistics process in the manufacturing industry

You have a deep understanding of the logistics processes in the PP environment in manufacturing and manufacturing-supporting structures (including, MRP, ATP, Crosscompany, customer-single, batch processing)

Their focus is on the imaging of complex production processes, including KMAT processing, interfaces to MES systems and extended work bench

A certain readiness to travel and very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete their profile
