The Haus Vogelsberg in Gedern is a care facility where up to 79 seniors live in varied and friendly living areas. In addition, living with service is offered here. Connected to the house is also the outpatient care service Gedern, which offers people professional and reliable care in their homes. Our employees work hand in hand in a team where everyone can feel comfortable and develop.

Mission Leben is a non-profit company in the context of the deacon. Around 2,500 employees support in 40 facilities in Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate people with care needs, with disabilities or in social emergencies as well as children and young people. The Social Services (DSE), a subsidiary of Mission Life, provides food and cleaning in our old care facilities.

Your future tasks

• They prepare cold dishes, salads and desserts according to instructions and recipe
• They arrange meals and prepare the transport before and after
• You take over cleaning and care of dishes, kitchen and appliances
• They maintain our hygiene and quality standards, in particular according to HACCP

This will bring you

• knowledge and skills to prepare meals
• Understanding the hygienic and economic handling of food
• Pre-experience, e.g. as flushing power or assistance in the kitchen area
• German knowledge at least at level B1
