As of 01.01.2027, the SFZ CoWerk gGmbH takes over the care and support of people with escape and migration experience in a residential project in the Zwickau district. We build on proven structures and at the same time create new, future-oriented support offers. The job is limited to five years and offers the perspective of continued employment.

Your tasks with us:

• Ensuring technical operational capacity as well as maintenance of apartments and common areas in the residential project
• small repair and maintenance work
• Control of order, safety and cleanliness
• Coordination and support of external service providers, contractual partners and network partners
• Support for in-, re- and extracts
• Contact person for technical concerns of residents
• documentation of technical measures, tests and maintenance work

• completed craft or technical training or a comparable qualification
