Management responsibility: Technical and disciplinary leadership of construction managers, supermonitors and assembly teams Project Responsibility: Responsibility for projects in the range of medium-voltage systems up to 30 kV, low-voltage distributions, transformer stations as well as photovoltaic and storage systems Strategic resource management: management of personnel, resources and capacity planning Result Responsibility: Ensuring compliance with budget, deadline and quality objectives Market and customer development: customer support, offer negotiations and business development HSEQ: Monitoring compliance with VDE, DIN and occupational safety regulations Distribution: Building new business areas in the field of energy infrastructure and renewable energies Solution consulting: Technical advice for transformers, switching systems, transformers and large PV projects

Master, technician or engineer of electrical engineering/energy technology Multiannual leadership experience in energy plant construction Knowledge of medium voltage, low voltage, transformer technology and solar technology Entrepreneurial thinking and high customer orientation Driving licence Class B and willingness to travel
