Group Head of Operational Asset Management (m/f/d)

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the ''Operative Asset Management'' group and the associated employees Cross-sector network and plant planning and coordination, control and monitoring of network construction projects including cost and time management Planning, calculation and coordination of re- and new construction of supply-oriented networks and installations, including the divisions of electricity, gas and water incl. Creation of project folders and coordination of construction measures with customers, contractors, offices and authorities Operationalization, including the findings resulting from strategic asset management Network integration or planning and implementation of measures for the integration of decentralized energy generation systems (EEG and CHP plants), consumption equipment (e.g. heat pumps, charging infrastructure) and battery storage Collection of approvals of external bodies Close cooperation with the areas “construction and operation”, strategic asset management, controlling and regulatory management Participation in the further development of the asset management system Proactive setting of impulses for the continuous development of the group, its employees and workflows, interfaces and processes

Complete study in the field of supply technology, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable technical qualification Funded expertise and relevant, multiannual professional experience in asset management, network operation or asset management, ideally in the municipal or supply environment At least five years of relevant professional experience, of which 2 years with staff responsibility Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g. DVGW, VDE) Empathic, authentic and binding leadership style with a value-adding, transparent communication style; first leadership experience desirable Self-employed, structured working and project and process management competence Knowledge of common software solutions from network and plant operators (e.g. SAP PM, Smallworld GIS, Lovion, Neplan, Stanet, etc.) High self-initiative, strong sense of responsibility and willingness to design Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Class B driving licence
