Your duties Individual support & promotion You accompany children aged 4 months to 6 years of age in their development and support their educational and learning processes.

Observation & documentation You observe the children resource-oriented, create educational documentation and use recognised observation methods to promote each child in a targeted manner.

Constructive cooperation You work confidently in the team, in close cooperation with parents, the institution, schools and other network partners.

Designing pedagogical concepts You actively contribute your ideas and professional impulses to the further development and implementation of our educational concept.

Implementation of the education mandate You work on the basis of the Children's Education Act (KiBiz) and help to implement the educational mandate responsibly and quality-oriented.

Planning & implementation of creative offers You plan and design educational, creative and everyday offers that enrich Kita everyday life and promote the individual strengths of children.

This will bring you Completed educational or nursing training Studies, e.g. as educator, curative teacher, nurse, childhood teacher, health and child caregiver, Educational scholar, Rehabilitation teacher, Social worker or a comparable, recognised qualification.

Joy in working with children and their families as well as an esteeming, empathic approach.
