The department supervises patients: within the framework of cross-disciplinary and neurological-neurosurgical early rehabilitation. Interdisciplinary early rehabilitation is carried out in cooperation with the Surgical Traumatological Centre, especially in patients who have suffered multiple injuries. The neurological neurosurgery of early rehabilitation serves primarily to provide patients with severe strokes and head injury.

Together with your colleague: supervise and monitor the patients entrusted to you:in cooperation with all other professional groups You are fully responsible for your patient: the conception and implementation of care measures, the general and special case-related care, as well as the preparation and monitoring of patients: before and after all procedures and/or investigations You provide part of the patient responsible for monitoring: You will use medical devices in daily workday You take over the special documentation and work in an interdisciplinary manner in treatment teams with the medical service and the therapists. You document their achievements and feel responsible for their quality. You have the interest and joy of bringing your knowledge into everyday work and developing further through internal and external training You adhere to hygiene guidelines and quality standards You work new employees:inside and run trainees and interns:inside

Complete training as a health and nursing assistant, health and nursing assistant:in or elderly caregivers:in and several years of experience in care Funded specialized care and desirable knowledge in basal stimulation, monitoring and handling of tracheal cannulas and tracheostomata You have a pronounced patient orientation and are responsible and sensitive to the patient entrusted to you: You are interested in completing a specialist training in the field of early neurological rehabilitation New ideas and suggestions take you interested and/or bring you to the team The willingness to cooperate communicatively and cooperatively with colleagues from all professional groups is, of course, as well as economic thinking and action Engagement, empathy and team skills
