This is an unlimited full-time job (38 hours). Remuneration is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the VTV of the Integration Group and is located in the C area and consists of 13 monthly salaries. Remuneration is governed by collective agreements. As a collective company, we offer you a transparent salary development with automatically effective tariff adjustments and clearly defined development perspectives. You are responsible for the planning and implementation and documentation of pipeline deep construction projects, renewal and maintenance of electricity, gas, water and telecommunications networks. You initiate the necessary approval procedures and supervise them until the successful conclusion. As a responsible coordinator (m/w/d), you will meet with the various stakeholders, such as municipalities, network operators and road load carriers, and ensure smooth cooperation. Thanks to your reliable way of working, you always keep an eye on deadlines and budgets. You monitor the quality and compliance of the rules, taking into account the necessary safety measures at the construction site. You take over the production of civil engineering and assembly dimensions and expect these to be done through our construction billing program Felix. Finally, document the project and carry out the billing.

You have a degree as a technician (m/w/d) or master (m/w/d) in the field of construction, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or utility technology or comparable qualifications. You have a well-founded knowledge of the relevant laws, regulations and technical regulations (e.g. VOB, UVV, DVGW, ASR, VDE) and provide relevant experience in line deep-sealing projects. Your independent work and your entrepreneurial thinking and action enable you to implement projects in a targeted manner. Your communicative strength and your safer handling of authorities, companies and customers complete your profile. The position requires the possession of a class B licence.
