The clinic is situated in front of picturesque mountain scenery in south-eastern Bavaria, on the edge of the Berchtesgaden National Park. The Schön Klinik Berchtesgadener Land has 325 beds, employs around 280 employees and treats around 3,400 patients per year. In order to complete our staff team, we are looking for a personnel officer (m/w/d) in parttime with up to 20 hours at the next time. Staff support: You maintain a defined employee area from the recruitment to the exit taking into account the legal, collective and operational regulations. Contracts: You create work, change and resolution contracts as well as notices of termination on instruction and in coordination with the responsible persons, including the works council. Management of personal files and certificates: You conduct the personal files and are responsible for the certification and certification. Fee billing: You assist in preparing the pay bill. Digitization and Process Development: You actively participate in projects for the digitization and further development of personal processes.

You have a successfully completed professional training; further training in human resources is welcome, but a cross-entry is also possible. You bring a high level of IT affinity and control the current MS Office products safely; Knowledge in the SAP-HR module is advantageous.
