We offer you a practical integrated Bachelor of Arts / Personal und Organisation (m/w/d) Bachelor of Arts in Personnel management or Business Administration – with HR deepening or Business Administration (BWL) – with social management deepening. from September or October 2026 or March or April 2027 by arrangement, practical phases at Stuttgart site You can connect theory and practice from the very beginning and work in a meaningful environment.

You spend your practical phases in the company at the Stuttgart location and the theory is taught to you at the university (IU, FOM or a comparable university). You support the staff & organization team in operational day-to-day business with project-related tasks and will increasingly take on more responsibility. For example, you are involved in the further development of digital processes in the field of personnel and organization, including the use of AI-based tools. In communication management, you also support different tasks in the HR context – including change and information communication. With your ideas you develop and accompany our social media appearance and the further development of our employer branding to shape our employer brand. Last but not least, you will get insights into other tasks of the team, where you can focus on your progress and your interests.

High level of learning, strong self-initiative and target orientation Routine with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and affinity for digital and AI-based work Very good knowledge of German in word and writing An independent, reliable and responsible way of working Service orientation, fun in communication and pleasure for cooperation with different internal interfaces
