Contract and Supplement Manager (m/f/d)

Support for building and project management in the assessment of contract issues and identification of potential claims Management and monitoring of contractually relevant correspondence Management and tracking of registered claims Consultation and support of the project teams in the documentation of construction site events for the well-founded reproduction Analysis and assessment of performance deviations and their impact on the construction process and their temporal and financial consequences Identification, processing and enforcement of contract changes, disabilities and constructional disruptions Support in the defence of claims by contractors and subcontractors Participation in follow-up negotiations, building contract meetings and partnership meetings Coordination and operational planning of external construction and construction consultants

Completed studies in civil engineering or comparable training/qualification, e.g. technician Multiannual professional experience in dealing with clients and entrepreneurs is desirable but no condition. We will work you into your new area of responsibility. Deep knowledge of construction, building contract law, construction planning and costing Good knowledge of MS Office, RIB iTwo and schedule software Teamability, safe occurrence, communication strength, enforcement ability and negotiation skills complete your profile.
