In order to strengthen our HR team at the Bad Aibling site, we are looking for a staff assistant (m/w/d) in parttime with a 20 hours/week, limited until 31.12.2026.

Staff support: You accompany a defined group of employees along the entire Employee Life Cycle and are a contact person for executives and employees on personal business issues. Recruiting: You contribute to the creation of requirements profiles, the design of selection procedures and the determination of assessment criteria. Personal administration: You create and manage all personal documents from entry to exit, including contracts and certificates, and prepare the relevant data for the billing of charges. Controlling & Planning: You create reports and analyses together with the team management and support personnel and personnel cost planning. HR projects: You actively contribute to internal and cross-site HR projects and contribute to the further development of the area.

You have a successfully completed professional training; further training in human resources or studies with a focus on human resources management, HR, business management or recruiting is desirable. You bring a high level of IT affinity and control the current MS Office products safely; Knowledge in the SAP-HR module is advantageous. You work structured and organized, act forward-looking and show their own initiative.
