You are assigned to the management of bank control and bank operations and take over: Role of the outsourcing officer to implement the requirements of §25 a KWG and the requirements of the MaRisk Further development of outsourcing management with the objectives Conduct of third-party risk management in accordance with DORA (TPRM) Coordination of risk analyses and due diligence checks on new and existing third parties and monitoring the implementation of measures Supporting the departments in the risk-based selection and evaluation of service providers Conformity of outsourcing management to the increased requirements of the MaRisk Run the contract database Coordination of insurance management (e.g. creation and care of insurance level, risk adjustment) Participation in the management of the BAB bodies Implementation or monitoring of regulatory requirements of fundamental importance Controlling the BAB project portfolio Processing of special orders Participation in the development, implementation and application of all-bank-wide methods and instruments for planning and control as framework conditions for the control organisation Participation in carrying out analyses within the framework of the overall banking control Participation in the module support of control, evaluation and reporting systems
