The CJD Kita “People’s Children” is a living kindergarten and family centre, where children aged 2 years to school enter with a lot of heart, structure and professional competence. The focus here is on security, relationship and individual development.

In everyday life, we combine education and binding in a value-adding way. Every child is seen in his personality and accompanied in an environment that gives safety and promotes curiosity.

As part of our team, you will create a place where children can grow, experience family support and experience educational work at eye level. Your New Task

• Pedagogical accompaniment of children aged 2 to 6 years in Kita everyday
• Planning and implementation of creative, playful and development-promoting offers
• Individual promotion of the social, emotional and cognitive development of children
• Design of reconciliation after the Berlin reconciliation model
• Confidential cooperation with parents in family work
• preparation of educational documentation and development reports
• Active cooperation in the team as well as co-design of the Kita everyday and common processes

Your profile

(m/w/d), health care (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification

• Experience and joy in pedagogical work with children
• Valuable and loving support of children in their development
• Reliable, resilient and empathic personality
• Team skills and willingness to participate actively in the Kita everyday
• identification with Christian values
• Remarkable is the membership of a Christian church belonging to the working community of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany
