Contract Processing Clerk for Technical Insurance (m/f/d)

In a team of 12 colleagues, you take the assessment and classification of risks to technical insurance. You support the field service in creating offers. Your task also includes the creation of cover concepts and the exhibition of cover confirmations. As part of our team, you are responsible for the comprehensive contract management of the insurance contracts. If necessary, you will participate in external service appointments and conduct professional training events and webinars. In addition, occasional project work complements your task.

You have completed vocational training as a merchant for insurance and finance. Alternatively, you have a professional training and have gained several years of relevant professional experience in the insurance industry. You are able to think in terms of sales and yield, as well as cross-species. Your strengths lie in competent consulting and implementation, supported by your high level of self-initiative. Economic thinking and action are your strengths as well as your communication and cooperation skills.

Homeoffice: You have the choice of different home office models, depending on the location and arrangement with your leadership. At least two days are provided at the LVM campus. In addition to a fully-fledged technical equipment, you will receive a unique home office tray of 800 € gross.

Work-Life-Balance: Our flexible working time regulation with a 38-hour week and 30 holiday days allows you to adjust your working hours in consultation between 7 am and 8 pm. Of course, any overtime that has been completed is paid out or alternatively can be celebrated.

Compatibility: In addition to our home office, you have the possibility to use another ten days for mobile work in Germany or in the EU country. We thus promote the compatibility of your professional and private goals.
