In our team, you develop Conversational AI applications for Voice & Chat in the channels Phone, Alexa, WhatsApp, Web and App chat with our established frameworks and platforms like Parloa. You are advising our clients about the channel-specific potentials of Conversational AI and scorching state-of-the-art customer journeys. You accompany projects from the first customer request and implementation, through operation to data-based evaluation and further development, perform project management and coordinate a multifunctional team. You continuously analyze the performance of your Conversational AI projects, evaluate the data obtained and guide concrete action recommendations and optimization potentials. You can always support the team in setting up and maintaining dashboards with the aim of defining clear and understandable KPIs that highlight the positive business impact of our projects. You use the substantial design space we give you to succeed your customer projects and develop us as an agency.

Experience: You have at least five years of professional or project experience as Product Owner (m/w/d), Project Manager:in or in a comparable role in the context of Conversational AI. Conversational AI Expertise: You have already successfully implemented Conversational AI projects and have gained extensive experience in the design and design of controlled Conversational AI Bots or LLM-based AI Agents. Data analysis: You are experienced in the analysis and evaluation of Conversational AI Bots and understand the transfer of data into clear, understandable KPIs that make the business impact of a Conversational AI project measurable. Tech-Stack: You have well-founded knowledge in dealing with one or more BI tools and are trained in creating dashboards and critically questioning.
