ADAC IT Service GmbH is the central IT service provider for all IT services within ADAC and plays a key role in the further success of ADAC and the technical modernization of ADAC performance portfolio. You work with over 250 IT specialists in an attractive working environment with state-of-the-art technologies to further develop the digitalization of ADAC. Become part of the central IT service provider of the entire ADAC. You analyse technical requirements in the SAP-HR environment and implement them with focus on SAP HCM (Payroll & Zeitwirtschaft) as well as SuccessFactors (Employee Central, P&G, SmartRecruiters and Onboarding). With your know-how, you will consult the technical solutions, system architectures and end-to-end processes and develop technical and technical concepts. The development and expansion of SAP HCM solutions by means of ABAP, BAdIs and User-Exits is one of your tasks as well as Customizing, especially in the areas of Payroll and Time Economy. Integrations between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and connected third-party systems are designed, implemented and supervised by you; at the same time, you develop existing interfaces based on APIs, Middleware solutions or the Integration Center. You support the further development of the SuccessFactors modules Employee Central, P&G, SmartRecruiters and Onboarding. Trouble Analyzes structured, perform debugging and performance optimizations and supports 2nd and 3rd level support. In addition, cooperation in transformation and rollout projects, for example in the S/4HANA or HR environment, as well as ensuring documentation, compliance and audit requirements, are part of your tasks

You have several years of experience in the SAP-HR environment focusing on SAP HCM (Payroll and Time Economy) and/or SuccessFactors (Employee Central, P&G, Recruiting and Onboarding). Finding ABAP knowledge as well as practical experience in the development and integration of SAP-HR solutions characterize you. In addition, you bring experience in the integration of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors landscapes as well as in the handling of interface technologies such as IDoc, RFC and APIs. You have good knowledge of central HR processes, especially in the areas of payroll, time management and master data management. Ideally, you have already gained experience with the SuccessFactors modules Employee Central, P&G, Recruiting and Onboarding as well as in SAP projects, for example in the S/4HANA environment. An analytical way of thinking, a structured way of working and very good knowledge of German and good English complete your profile.
