Technology and Research is an interdisciplinary department that convinces with excellent expertise and comprehensive research expertise. Our team not only works on internal research contracts for the entire company, but also develops groundbreaking technologies that reflect the latest state of the art. Our diverse projects include tasks in areas such as industrial testing facilities, water pipeline inspections and underwater robotics – this guarantees variety. As a technology manager, you are responsible for researching and designing the latest trends in the field of artificial intelligence. In the promotion of innovations and new technologies, you will always take into account the needs of our existing business areas but also new applications. We examine both basic questions about the applicability, safety and robustness of the methods and their concrete implementation for specific problems. You always keep in mind the latest developments and methods of artificial intelligence. Your role is to coordinate research, test and evaluate innovative approaches to make use of the state-of-the-art AI for Rosenxt.

Identification, Evaluation and Recommendation of New Technologies for Strategic Introduction

Promoting technical innovation in line with market needs

Enthusiasm for technologies in the field of artificial intelligence and their technical development and promotion

Coordination of technology screening and feasibility assessments

Development and structuring of Technology Roadmaps

Initiation and monitoring of technology development projects in close cooperation with the strategy department, internal project

Cooperation with cross-functional teams to translate our research results into development projects

Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders in research and testing new technologies

Participation in conferences, trade fairs and customer visits, as well as close cooperation with our international development sites

You'll also bring: Completed studies or doctoral studies in computer science, mathematics or a comparable field of study and ideally publications at relevant AI conferences

Multiannual experience in the development of artificial intelligence

Experience in operational technology management and technology assessment

Extensive analysis and assessment capabilities in relation to new technologies

Experience in project management to coordinate the various research projects

Representative communication skills for cooperation with internal teams and external partners

Visionary thinking, a quick understanding and interest to learn new things

Very good English skills in word and writing
