The protected setting in Schlossberg 101 offers accommodation on two groups for adults with challenging behavior. In addition to cognitive impairments, there are many autism spectrum disorders and/or psychiatric disorders such as forced actions, impairment of impulse control and personality disorders. Based on the housing groups and in close cooperation with them, the conveyor group will create an individualised supply for clients with particularly challenging behaviour and intensive assistance needs.

What you do good

• You develop structuring and visualization aids and use them in practice, and you will work on development-psychological, milieu- and behavior-therapeutic approaches, as well as the TEACCH concept

• They work extensively and in close cooperation with employees of the support group

• They provide training as a nurse, social pedagogue, work educator*in, nursing or comparable qualification with
