Take responsibility for the quantitative and qualitative quarterly and annual targets in the area Proactive care of all existing customers and attracting new customers for our growing company Integration of all external stakeholders in the sales process, negotiations and conclusion of agreements with buyers and controllers in the clinics and shopping communities Management of customer workshops and training at the customer's premises, support of surgery and interventions, implementation of instructions and case management Representation of the company at congresses, workshops and conferences Consignation prosecutors in their own sales area Implementation of market and competitors

Optimum medical device consultants according to MPG, pharmaceutical expert with sales experience in the medical field and/or newcomers with medical or commercial knowledge from the medical field (OP caregiver, buyer from clinics or shopping communities) Multiannual experience in a comparable position of advantage (contract negotiations, bonus concepts and DRG system) Great measure of self-employment and self-initiative High level of team capability Joy in allowing and bringing creative thoughts, new ideas and approaches Ability and willingness to question yourself and to examine your own work and solutions and to adapt them if necessary driving licence and readiness to travel (incl. isolated with accommodation)
