Servicetechniker (m/w/d) im Kreis Willich

● You answer customer requests for delivery, installation, spare parts and use of the systems ● Analyze and solve technical problems – telephone, email or on site ● They work closely with internal teams and ensure smooth running ● You maintain customer information and document your deployments in the system ● You carry out training for customers: in order to operate and maintain the equipment ● You actively contribute your experience to improving service processes

● A completed study or comparable technical training ● Professional experience in technical customer service, service or support ● Very good English knowledge of word and writing ● Embossed problem-solving competence and a structured working method ● Communication strength, team capability and clear customer orientation ● Basic knowledge of IT (e.g. firmware uploads, read error logs) ● Experience in international or multicultural work environment is beneficial
