Clerk in financial accounting (m/f/d)

You are professionally involved in managing financial accounting as well as all secondary books of Minol Messtechnik and its subsidiaries. You book supplier invoices using an electronic billing processing and workflow program. Check and book travel expenses. You will take care of the daily booking of your assigned bank account statements. You monitor and clarify open positions of entities assigned to you (both debitorically and creditorically). You take the monthly reports to the Bundesbank and the Federal Statistical Office (Intrastat). You are responsible for setting and running the weekly payrolls, including the revolving liquidity preview. You support monthly and annual accounts activities as well as accounting under HGB, in particular in the audit of annual accounts reports, and ongoing liquidity development.

You have a commercial training, ideally with the focus on financial and accounting / accounting, and have already gained several years of experience in a comparable position. In the optimal case, you have also successfully completed a training course with the account holder (m/w/d) or tax specialist (m/w/d). A handling of MS Office and SAP R/3 (FI, MM) is desirable.
