Complete technical training or study in the field of facility management, civil engineering or building technology Commercial and administrative experience Professional experience in building management/Facility management of commercial properties Knowledge of the scope of performance according to the phases of performance according to HOAI § 15 Good German knowledge (min. level B2) and IT skills in word and writing humor
