As a road construction agency, we are responsible for the complete value chain of road construction and take care of mobility strategies, planning, construction, road operation and traffic management. The planning and construction department deals with the planning, construction and maintenance of federal roads, national roads and cycle routes. From the demand determination of a new road to surveying, preliminary draft, approval and execution planning to construction and conservation. The main tasks of the department of the Planning and Construction of Hessen Mobil include the overarching control of the planning and construction programme as well as the budgetary control of the federal and state road construction budget. You carry out pre- and post-calculations for road planning and construction projects and develop resource planning for the department You advise the regional planning and construction departments in the preparation of so-called “Settings of Projects in the Road Construction Plan of the Federal Republic” including necessary updates and examine these templates before forwarding to the relevant ministries You support answering questions, in particular the Federal Ministry of Transport (BMV) and the Hessian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Energy, Transport, Housing and Rural Affairs (HMWVW)

You have a completed university degree (FH-Diplom / Bachelor) of Civil Engineering as far as possible with the field of transport / construction, the field of transport engineering, the field of mobility management or a comparable qualification You have basic knowledge of road construction and planning Ideally, you are already bringing knowledge and experience in the field of project management, controlling, household and finance, in particular from the public service, with Safe handling of modern data processing is obvious to you, as well as a good understanding of economic relationships In addition, you are characterized by a structured analysis and verdictability as well as a pronounced organizational institution.
