For our Team Haufe Customer Support & Product Consulting we are looking for a:n Support Specialist (d/m/w) at the Freiburg location in Breisgau at the next time. As a customer advisor, you are the interface between our customers and our colleagues from development, product management, sales and editorial staff.

As a product specialist:in service and support, you communicate securely and confidently by phone and email with our German-speaking customers:inside and support them and advise them on questions and problems that occur during the installation or operation of our software You are contact:in for our First Level support and provide expertise You document conscientious problems and in particular the solutions found. You keep the customers: in the loop and act as a central contact: You are able to prepare new or recurring problems in a structured manner and introduce them to the Sprint Planning product development team There's a lot going on with us sometimes. You have an IT background and ideally bring experience in product support and customer advice You like to go to the bottom of things – and always look for the cause in addition to the solution, while you are structuring, focused and effective You are happy to be in contact with customers every day. You are characterized by a friendly appearance, a good way of expression in word and writing, as well as by a high service orientation that enthuses You have a high level of technical affinity and experience in dealing with Microsoft operating systems (if you are not familiar with Mac and Linux, but you don't have to) and you are ideally familiar with terminal, cloud environments, various mail clients and Java/JavaScript. If this is not completely the case, however, you are ready to work in this matter quickly You want to deal with the exciting, increasingly digital world of law firms and work on the topic Very good German skills complete your profile (at least C1)
