In our technology consulting team in Berlin, Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Stuttgart or Munich, specialized in the insurance sector, you will advise our customers on topics such as digitalization, system integration and the introduction of new technologies. These include extensive projects such as the transformations of stock, damage, commission and in/exkasso in close cooperation with our Alliance Platform partners (e.g. Guidewire, FADATA, SAP) or cooperation with InsurTechs and start-ups for the digitization and optimization of individual areas of the value chain (e.g. Fraud, broker billing, customer communication). This requires on the one hand a technical analysis as well as technical implementation. You can do a variety of tasks: Developing your knowledge in the insurance industry in terms of structures, processes and design of new products From conception to the final implementation of data-driven insurance strategies, plus advice and support in the digital transformation of business processes and structures Cooperation with teams in the fields such as Aktuariat, Sustainability (ESG), Data Analytics and with international working groups to develop innovative solutions using the latest technology elements such as Gen-AI At trade fairs and congresses, you will present the latest developments and trends in the industry together with your EY colleagues. Together with our Alliance partners, you work on the development of new solutions to integrate innovative approaches and technologies and meet the needs of our customers:

Higher education in the fields of insurance sciences, BWL, business informatics or business mathematics and ideally first experiences (completed vocational training, internship or work students) in the insurance field Knowledge of implementation methodology (Agile, Waterfall, PMP, ITIL), experience in Business Process Design and/or Testing, as well as first knowledge topics AI, data, insurance core systems and system architectures Very good communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English
