Every day, the Cologne-based Studierendenwerk supports 78,000 students from eight Cologne universities: menses, coffee bars, student homes, daycare centers, psychology and social consulting, BAföG-Studienfinanzierung, international and cultural events - this is daily service for students of approx. 570 employees at the plant. You take the welcome, care and mediation of our guests at the reception Calls in the telephone center are answered and forwarded by you You answer emails from students, but also from business partners who contact us You take care of administrative and organizational tasks (e.g. processing of input and output mail, organization of meetings) You represent our Studierendenwerk to the outside and contribute to maintaining a positive corporate culture within the reception team

You have basic commercial knowledge You are friendly, communicative and keep the nerves even with great urge You have fun in a service-oriented activity with a young target group You control the German language fluently and confidently in word and writing You have good PC skills and can work well into new programs You work reliably, flexible and happy in the team
