Successfully completed studies of civil engineering or architecture or comparable training Relevant professional experience in the construction or project management of turnkey commercial properties, ideally also from a function as a superstructure manager (m/w/d) or a comparable position Knowledge in the fields of calculation, VOB, execution planning and procurement Open and targeted communication skills, coupled with enforcement strength and organizational talent High commitment with independent and reliable operation Joy in working in interdisciplinary project teams
