IT Application Supervisor Test Management and Workstation Systems (m/f/d)

You maintain, maintain and develop our applications and systems with the focus on test management and workplace. You plan, control and document test activities. You develop the test processes in Jira, including the configuration of workflows and plugins. You support the testers and optimize the test tools used. You analyze technical problems and solve them in close cooperation with our providers. You participate in changes and releases and take over coordination and documentation. You control external service providers and ensure compliance with SLAs.

A completed IT training or a comparable qualification At least 3 years of professional experience (required) Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Office 365, Windows, Teams, Outlook), Mobile Devices and Jira ITIL knowledge is advantageous Experience in test management, ideally with ISTQB certification Excellent analytical thinking and good English skills
