Responsibility for the collection, analysis, evaluation and documentation of system requirements Stakeholder management and market-specific customer needs and regulatory & normative requirements Conducting professional reviews for requirements in the field of tower cranes, systems, components and their controls Validation, coordination and approval of request documents in close cooperation with the respective departments Ensuring consistent and comprehensible traceability between problem and solution space Continuous development of methods, processes and standards in the environment of requirements engineering and model-based system engineering (MBSE) Implementation and application of methodology in ALM tools such as PTC RV&S and code officers

Successfully completed studies in a technical course, for example in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or systems engineering First practical experience or a specialist study focus in the field of Systems Engineering and Requirements Engineering Knowledge of control technology, sensor technology and electrical drive technology are advantageous Ability to abstraction and cross-system thinking at different levels of development in the Systems Engineering Knowledge of relevant standards and standards for safety-related controls (e.g. EN 13849) desirable Safe handling of ALM tools and ideally experience with PTC RV&S or code officers Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Embossed communication and team skills
