As a Team Lead, you take the professional and disciplinary leadership as well as the individual further development of IT infrastructure experts in both private and public cloud environments You control and optimise cooperation with strategic partners and vendors and ensure that the framework conditions for a successful multi-cloud strategy are optimally designed You actively support the distribution of the responsible products and develop it further by acting as a connecting element between technology and sales, and converting customer requirements into marketable, available cloud services You ensure the delivery of your responsibility and maintain the administrative responsibility for capacity planning, cost control as well as the continuous optimization of processes in operational everyday life You promote cross-departmental knowledge sharing and ensure that requirements from Product Management and Sales are transferred efficiently and targeted to the multi-cloud platform operating units

You bring well-founded experience in the operation of IT platforms and have a deep understanding of the ecosystems of leading cloud providers (Hyperscaler) You also keep an overview of a wide and versatile range of responsibility and work structured and sovereign You have experience at the interface to sales (Product Sales / Pre-Sales) and understand to translate technical solutions into concrete business value for customers You have first experience in disciplinary leadership and bring the necessary leadership qualities to motivate teams through the cloud transformation Sign up with high service orientation, negotiation skills in the partner environment, an analytical way of working and secure communication in German and English and take responsibility for the strategic development of cloud services
