For a national company from the packaging industry, I am looking for a manager - Customer Service (m/w/d) at the next time possible. Responsibility for the organisation and optimization of customer service processes to ensure a high level of service Development and implementation of efficient processes in customer service Close coordination with the fields of production, product development, purchasing, production planning and logistics Timely and service-oriented processing of customer requests Support in creating offers and in order processing Ensuring correct delivery Creation of invoices within the scope of goods deliveries

Completed study of the business economy or of the industrial engineering industry, alternatively a commercial or technical training with relevant professional experience Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel, as well as experience in handling ERP systems Very good knowledge of German and English; Polish knowledge is advantageous Structured, process-oriented and solution-oriented operation High ownership, resilience and flexibility Communication strength, willingness to learn and strong team orientation
