Head of Crafts & Property Management - Leadership position with prospects

In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for a Head of Crafts & Object Management (m/w/d), who manages the team of around 40 craftsmen with expertise and leadership skills, drives the maintenance and rehabilitation of objects and efficiently develops the processes in building and object management. You take over the operational management and organisation of a team of 40 craftsmen responsible for the maintenance and repair of apartments and objects You are responsible for the precise planning, prioritization and assignment of orders and accompany new projects in the area of purchase, development and refurbishment of real estate and contribute to successful implementation You monitor the progress of construction and resource use (material, personnel, time) and carry out regular cost-effectiveness checks to optimize material consumption and time use Identify workflows and material usage regularly You potential for improvement You create reports on performance and budget control and implement measures to increase efficiency

You have completed craft or technical training, ideally with a master title or a comparable qualification You bring several years of experience in the management of craft teams or construction projects and are used to work both operationally and strategically. You have a good sense of effort, time and economy and are able to efficiently shape processes Enforcement, sense of responsibility and communication strength You bring good knowledge of German to communicate effectively with an international team. Knowledge in Romanian is advantageous, but no prerequisite. readiness to travel regularly (day trips) within Germany (about 20-30 %).
